Surprisingly not many coverage on the Eclipse 3.1 RC2 release. So I post it here to help spread the news.

You can get the RC2 from Eclipse download page. They even added in a counter for live download of the RC2. I'm guessing the counter have to do with Ian Skerrett's Million Download Challenge download for Eclipse 3.1.
